Diversity in the 21st Century: Is It Still Relevant?
Institutions of higher education must grapple with how to define diversity as they prepare individuals for today's society. How will diversity be defined in the 21st Century and should it differ from that of the 20th Century? Is there still a need for organizations to focus on the value and enhancement of diversity? Are the tools that were used to advance diversity in the last century still relevant, legal and appropriate?
The 8th Annual Diversity Conference will offer an opportunity to explore these questions through workshops and presentations, University Dialogues, keynote and major speakers.
