The Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education, is responsible for the enforcement of Title IX.
Colorado State University provides an internal discrimination complaint procedure whereby a student, applicant to be a student, former student, employee, former employee, or applicant for employment may file a discrimination complaint.
